Descripción de la oferta
I’m looking for a prompt-engineering specialist who can turn our existing rental data into daily, optimized route plans that my team can run inside ChatGPT (or a comparable LLM) without spending hours tweaking the request each morning. Context • Three rental hubs, 180+ golf carts. • Each hub has 1-3 drivers and a mix of single & double trailers. • Primary goal: minimize total distance by clustering runs around the drop-off location that matters most to us. • When drop-off or pick-up times collide, we still want the plan that cuts overall mileage first, not merely the earliest booking. • Customers receive a one-hour delivery window; the prompt must respect that buffer. What I need from you 1. A well-structured, reusable prompt (with clearly marked variables) that ingests: driver count per hub, trailer capacities, all bookings for the day (name, phone, address, cart quantity, requested times), plus any last-minute changes, and outputs: • An ordered route list for each driver, including ETA windows that fit within the one-hour commitment. • Trailer assignment guidance (single vs. double) based on load size. • A quick-view summary flagging any unresolvable conflicts. 2. Short, inline documentation so my dispatch team can adjust variables quickly—no technical jargon required. 3. One round of refinement after we test it against real bookings to be sure it hits our 2-3 hour daily time-savings target. Acceptance criteria • Runs in ChatGPT (or equivalent) with no external code. • Produces the schedule in under 60 seconds using our sample data set. • Clearly prioritizes routes that minimize deadhead miles while honoring the one-hour window. If you have built routing, logistics, or dispatch prompts before, I’d love to see an example. Let’s make our mornings a lot smoother.
