I run several production workloads on Oracle 19c and need an expert DBA who can handle three core activities for me around the clock: building new databases from scratch, tuning performance on existing instances, and carrying out version or patch upgrades without downtime to the business. Here is what I expect from you: • Database creation – end-to-end installation and configuration of fresh Oracle 19c environments, including listener setup, tablespaces, and all basic security hardening. • Performance tuning – proactive monitoring and remediation using AWR/ASH reports, SQL Tuning Advisor, indexing strategies, and statistics management to keep response times low. • Upgrade & patching – planning and executing PSU/RU installs or full-version upgrades with proper backup (RMAN), rollback plans, and post-upgrade validation. The environment relies on Data Guard for high availability and Data Pump (expdp/impdp) for logical migrations, so solid experience with those features is essential. Continuous production support is required (24 × 7), meaning you must be comfortable with on-call rotation and quick incident response. Deliverables will be accepted once: 1. New 19c instance is created, documented, and passes health checks. 2. Performance baselines show measurable improvement after tuning tasks. 3. Upgrade/patch cycle completes with zero data loss, verified backups, and clean alert logs.
