I’m looking for a seasoned instructor who can run an advanced-level, hands-on programme that takes my team straight into the nuts and bolts of Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) data migration, with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) used only where it adds clear value. The trainees already work daily with Oracle databases and RMS, so please skip the basics and dive directly into practical data-migration techniques. Our priority areas are: • Data extraction & transformation – building performant queries, managing large volumes, and structuring files or payloads that OIC can consume. • Mapping & loading – designing reusable mapping rules, bulk-loading strategies, handling incremental loads, and optimising error handling in RMS staging tables. By the end of the engagement I expect: • Live virtual sessions (or an onsite block if you prefer) that walk through complete extraction-to-load pipelines. • Sample scripts, integration templates, and a concise playbook of best practices we can reuse on upcoming projects. • A short knowledge-check or lab that demonstrates each participant can run an end-to-end migration and troubleshoot common issues without guidance. If you have recent, real-world RMS migration experience and can back it up with clear examples—and you’re comfortable teaching an advanced audience—let’s talk dates and format.
