I’m the pro-se plaintiff in an Oregon civil tort action and need a knowledgeable guide who can log into the online docket, open it correctly, and translate its contents into plain English for me. My immediate priority is understanding the status of the most recent filings and any motions currently on the table, but I’d also like clarity on what each entry actually means and where the case stands procedurally. You should already be comfortable navigating Oregon’s electronic court records (OJD, OECI, PACER if federal filings appear) and be able to spot key dates, deadlines, and next steps without giving me formal legal advice. A background in Oregon civil procedure is ideal because I want to know not just what has been filed but what is likely to happen next and what my timeframes look like. Deliverables I’m expecting: • A PDF or screenshot bundle of the current docket entries. • A plain-language summary highlighting each recent filing, its purpose, and its current status. • A short roadmap outlining the immediate procedural steps I should anticipate based on what’s already in the record. We can communicate by phone or Zoom if needed, but I’m happy to receive everything in writing first. I’m ready to start as soon as you can access the docket.
