I want my LinkedIn and Twitter profiles to become go-to feeds for thoughtful, tech-focused insight. To make that happen I need someone who can take over two core areas: • Creating and scheduling posts – You’ll build a rolling content calendar and fill it with short, punchy, educational pieces that decode emerging technology trends for a professional audience. Native schedulers, Buffer, Hootsuite or similar tools are all fine as long as posting is consistent and timed for maximum reach. • Engaging with followers – When questions, mentions or DMs come in, I expect timely, helpful replies that keep the conversation going and encourage organic sharing. Proactive interaction with relevant hashtags, influencers and industry groups is equally important. I’ll supply raw ideas, product updates and any gated research you might need. You’ll turn them into platform-ready copy, suggest strong visuals, and track what resonates through LinkedIn Analytics and Twitter Analytics so we can refine the approach each month. Deliverables 1. Monthly content calendar (at least 3 posts per week per platform). 2. Scheduled posts with captions, hashtags and image/video suggestions. 3. Weekly engagement log summarising interactions and opportunities spotted. 4. End-of-month performance snapshot with growth metrics and next-step recommendations. Success for me is steady, authentic follower growth plus an uptick in meaningful conversations around my technology expertise.
