I’m expanding our U.S.-focused B2B sales operation and need driven phone-based agents who already understand the security sector. Your day will revolve around generating and qualifying fresh leads inside medium-sized enterprises, making about seventy outbound calls, handling follow-up inquiries, shaping proposals, and locking in appointments. Every touchpoint must be logged in our cloud-based CRM so the whole team can track momentum and hit shared revenue goals. Because the role is full-time with an hourly base plus commission, consistency matters: accurate record-keeping, disciplined pipeline management, and clear, upbeat communication with prospects as well as colleagues. If you have a proven track record selling security solutions (or related services) and feel comfortable switching between the phone dialer, CRM dashboards, and Microsoft Office throughout the day, you’ll fit right in.
