Job Title: Outbound Caller / Cold Caller – Property Management Outreach ($5/hr) Company: Endeavor Turnover LLC Position Type: Ongoing / Long-Term (Part-time to start: 25 hrs/week) Schedule: 5 hours per day, 5 days a week Pay: $5.00/hour starting rate (Pay increase & company laptop provided after 90 days) About the Role Endeavor Turnover LLC is seeking a reliable, fluent English-speaking caller to connect with property managers across the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our turnover services, and building initial interest. This is an ongoing position with strong room for long-term career growth within our company. You will work alongside a supportive team, including dedicated IT support, peers, and a daily manager to guide and support you every step of the way. Key Responsibilities Make a minimum of 45 outbound calls per day to property managers in the DMV region. Clearly present our turnover services and maintain professional, engaging conversations. Follow up on leads and accurately log call outcomes. Work closely with management to meet daily call goals. Requirements Fluent English Speaker: Outstanding spoken communication and active listening skills. Tech Setup: Must currently have a reliable computer and a high-speed, stable internet connection. Consistency: Able to work 5 hours a day, 5 days a week reliably. Positive Attitude: Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with potential clients.
