NIKSI is selecting three proven outbound salespeople to sell paid memberships to contractors, real estate investors, realtors, lenders, vendors, property owners, and related business professionals. This is a calling and direct-conversation project—not a lead-list, messaging, or passive VA task. You must speak directly with real prospects, qualify them, book appointments, follow up, and help close memberships. Compensation: • Paid trial: $45 for 25 verified conversations. • After passing the trial: $175 for every 100 verified conversations. • $10 for every qualified appointment that actually attends. • Additional commission for every closed membership. • Long-term work and expanded rewards for consistent performers. A verified conversation means a live, two-way phone or voice conversation with a genuine target prospect. Voicemails, unanswered calls, wrong numbers, text messages, emails, duplicates, or fabricated activity do not count. Every conversation must be logged with the prospect's name/company, contact details, outcome, notes, and next action. A qualified attended appointment means the prospect matches our market, has a real potential need or interest, agrees to a scheduled call, and attends it. No-shows do not qualify for the $10 payment. You will: • Call targeted prospects and explain NIKSI membership. • Ask discovery questions and qualify interest. • Handle initial objections professionally. • Book appointments and follow up until attendance. • Maintain accurate call and CRM records. • Support the closing process and take ownership of results. You must have proven cold-calling, appointment-setting, SDR, or closing experience; strong spoken English; reliable US-hours availability; a professional calling setup; a quiet workspace; stable internet; honesty; resilience; and evidence of real results. Latin America is preferred, but exceptional candidates worldwide may apply. In your proposal, state what you have sold by phone, your verified conversation and attended-appointment results, the calling/CRM systems you use, your time zone and US-hour availability, and confirm that you accept the $45 trial for 25 verified conversations.
