We're looking for an experienced paid advertising expert to set up campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok Ads. The primary scope includes: * Setting up ad accounts and campaigns. * Configuring audiences, budgets, bidding, and conversion tracking (Pixel/GA4/GTM). * Ensuring campaigns follow best practices and are ready to launch. After the initial setup, we'd also like someone who can manage and optimize the campaigns on an ongoing basis, although this is a secondary part of the project. When applying, please include: * Relevant experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads. * Examples of similar work or case studies. * Your pricing for campaign setup and optional monthly management.
