I’m seeking seasoned, higher-level Direct Selling Agents who can work hand-in-hand with me to secure funding for a range of hotel, resort and wider hospitality developments across the country. My core focus—and the area I’m already most experienced in—is Project Finance and Loan Against Property (LAP). I’m also open to any other structured business-loan products you already place successfully. Existing relationships with leading banks are essential; I need someone who can pick up the phone and move an application forward without layers of intermediaries. At present I place deals with institutions that fall into the Banks A-F and Banks G-L brackets as well as most local lenders operating in the Andaman & Nicobar Islands, so an equally strong or wider panel is a definite plus. Key points we’ll agree before we start: • A legally executed agreement spelling out the 0.50 % (+more of for clean process)-commission structure • A clear, bank-to-business communication flow so nothing stalls in the middle If you’re a direct DSA—or you represent a recognised banking channel—with proven success delivering project finance or LAP facilities, let’s discuss how we can close the next round of hospitality projects together.
