I will hand you a complete, fully dimensioned specification for a two-blade teetering rotor head and its entire swashplate control chain, sized for roughly a 13 kg single-main-rotor unmanned helicopter. Every station, bearing seat, fit, tolerance, and fastener is already fixed—your task is purely to translate that information into a tidy, fully parametric SolidWorks assembly that can go straight to manufacturing. The architecture is conventional and closely follows a scaled-up Align T-REX-style layout: head block on the mast, through-spindle on bearings, elastomeric flap restraint, pitch horns tied to a standard swashplate via link rods, and three servos mounted on vertical plates. What matters most is that the feature tree remains logical and editable, dimensions stay driven by master parameters, and mating relationships reflect real hardware constraints so motion studies run cleanly. Deliverables • Native SolidWorks assembly and part files, organised with clear naming and reference planes • A STEP export of the finished assembly for cross-platform review • All reference planes, sketches, and key parameters exposed and labelled for quick scaling tweaks To help me choose quickly, please show comparable past work—rotorcraft components, gimbal heads, precision mechanisms, or anything that proves you can keep assemblies lean, constrained, and manufacturing-ready.
