I need a reliable person based in the EU or US time zones who can jump in for a few hours a week and keep my small business running smoothly. The workload is intentionally light, so it won’t interfere with your current job; think of it as a side engagement you can manage in short, focused blocks of time. Typical tasks will vary depending on your strengths. Some weeks it might be simple email follow-ups and customer communication, other weeks basic research, data entry, or light technical checks if that’s where you shine. If your strong suit is organization, you might help tidy up my files or update internal trackers. I’m happy to tailor the mix—communication, technical, or organizational—around what you do best. You must: • Be fluent in written and spoken English. • Have a stable internet connection for quick turnarounds. • Be able to overlap at least a small portion of your day with Central European or US business hours.
