I’m seeking a licensed builder in Sydney who can step in on a part-time basis to manage a brand-new commercial childcare centre from the first footing through to final handover. The site is secured, plans are approved, and trades are lined up—I now need an experienced professional to take the lead on-site, keep the programme moving, and sign off each milestone under your NSW Builder’s Licence. The role centres on ground-up construction: coordinating subcontractors, monitoring quality, maintaining safety compliance, and preparing the documentation council and certifiers expect for a childcare facility. We’ll agree on the number of days per week you’re on site (likely two to three), with flexibility around busy stages such as slab pour, framing, and final fit-out. Deliverables will include: • Weekly site reports with progress photos • Stage inspections and sign-offs under your licence • Updated construction programme reflecting any variances • Final occupation certificate package ready for submission If you’ve delivered commercial childcare centres—or similar Class 9b buildings—before, it will be a clear advantage.
