Pay: $2.00–$8.00 per hour (based on experience) PLUS 6% commission on every successfully closed claim you manage. Weekly pay. We are a fast-growing national Surplus Funds Recovery Company seeking a highly organized Disposition Manager with experience in surplus funds, mortgage overages, tax sale overages, foreclosure surplus funds, or a related legal/claims industry. This is a part-time position with significant earning potential for someone who is detail-oriented, communicates well, and can keep claims moving from contract to payout. Responsibilities * Manage claimant files from signed contract through completion. * Communicate with claimants, attorneys, and internal staff to keep cases moving efficiently. * Coordinate with attorneys regarding required documentation, filings, and claim status. * Collect, review, and organize paperwork from claimants. * Follow up with claimants to obtain missing documents and signatures. * Update and maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and task reminders. * Monitor case progress and ensure deadlines are met. * Resolve documentation issues and keep all parties informed. * Track each claim from intake through successful recovery. Qualifications * Experience in surplus funds, mortgage overages, tax overages, foreclosure claims, or similar legal/document processing is highly preferred. * Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Comfortable working with attorneys, legal documents, and claimants. * Experience using CRM systems (Excess Elite experience is a major plus). * Reliable internet connection and computer. * Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
