I’m assembling a small field-based sales and marketing team and I’m looking for people who have completed at least their 12th class and fall within the 25- to 40-year age bracket. The work is strictly sales and marketing—no data entry or customer-service duties—so you’ll be out in the field meeting prospects, demonstrating our products, and closing deals. Freshers are absolutely welcome. If you have any background in sales, insurance sales, or strong communication skills, you will settle in even faster, but these are not mandatory. After a brief interview, the company will provide structured training designed to turn you into a confident, professional representative. Working hours are flexible, making this ideal if you need to balance other commitments. You’ll be measured on simple, transparent metrics—primarily the number of qualified leads generated and successful conversions. Consistent performers are eligible for additional projects and growth within the company.
