I run the hiring process for several non-IT positions and now need a seasoned HR partner who can handle the final-round interviews. Your background in talent acquisition means you already know how to probe for cultural fit, assess communication style, and spot red flags quickly. The flow is simple: I will forward each shortlisted profile, you schedule a 30–45 minute video call at a mutually convenient time (Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet work for us), then return concise written feedback highlighting strengths, concerns, and a clear hire/no-hire recommendation. Expect roughly 3–4 hours of work spread across the week; the exact slots are flexible so you can fit other commitments.
