I need an experienced recruiter who can step in right away and run the entire hiring process for several open roles. Your day-to-day will include proactively sourcing on LinkedIn, reviewing incoming applicants, conducting initial screens, scheduling manager interviews, and partnering with me to guide each selected candidate through offer and onboarding. You should be fully comfortable owning the full recruitment lifecycle, from crafting compelling outreach messages to closing offers, and be able to report progress in a concise, data-driven way. Because LinkedIn is our primary channel, deep knowledge of its advanced search, talent pool insights, and InMail best practices is essential. This is a part-time engagement, but the need is immediate—my goal is to have qualified candidates in final interviews as soon as possible.
