# Job Posting: Part-Time Social Media VA — Instagram (Real Estate SaaS) ## Job Type Part-time, ongoing (10-15 hrs/week to start) — not a one-off task or gig ## About the company ListingFlow is an early-stage, solo-founder SaaS tool that helps U.S. real estate agents automatically score their Instagram DM leads as Hot, Warm, or Cold. Pre-revenue, currently running a founding-cohort launch with a 7-day free trial. ## What you'll own (the full pipeline, not a slice of it) - **Content creation**: whiteboard-style and text-only (kinetic typography) Reels, 15-45 seconds, based on topics/scripts I provide weekly - **Editing & captions**: burned-in captions, hook text in the first 1-2 seconds, clean export in 9:16 vertical - **Posting**: publish to the Instagram feed on a set weekly schedule (Mon/Wed/Fri) - **Profile & account management**: bio updates, Highlights (covers + content), Story posting - **Automation setup & troubleshooting**: Meta Business Suite (Comment to Message, Keyword Response, Away Message automations), account/Page linking, permission issues - **Basic inbox monitoring**: flag any DM that looks like a real lead needing my personal reply — you don't reply to leads yourself, just surface them to me ## What I provide every week - 3 content topics/hooks/scripts - Brand assets (logo, colors, tone examples) - Feedback within 24 hours on anything you send for review ## What I'm NOT looking for - Someone who only does one piece (e.g. only editing, or only posting) — I need one person across the whole list above - Someone who needs me to walk through app menus or permission screens step-by-step — if something breaks, troubleshoot it yourself and only come to me for decisions, not execution ## Ideal candidate - Comfortable with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools (no advanced editing skill required — style is simple/hand-drawn, not polished motion graphics) - Familiar with Meta Business Suite / Instagram professional account settings, or willing to learn quickly - Reliable, proactive communicator — comfortable figuring out small platform quirks without needing hand-holding - Available for a short paid trial period before ongoing commitment ## Schedule & Communication - Weekly check-in (async is fine) every Monday for the week's direction - Async updates through [Slack/WhatsApp/email — fill in] ## Compensation - [Hourly rate — fill in, typically $3-8/hr range for this scope on OnlineJobs.ph] - Starting with a **paid 1-2 week trial** before any longer commitment ## How to apply Please share: 1.
