Graphic Designer (Remote / Virtual Assistant – Part-Time) We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our team on a part-time, remote basis. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Work Schedule Part-time: 4 hours per day Days: Monday to Friday Time Zone: Pacific Standard Time (PST) Location: Remote Key Responsibilities: Design engaging social media graphics and content Create and update tradeshow landing pages Assist with website updates (visual and basic layout adjustments) Develop tradeshow materials (banners, flyers, brochures, signage) Design visuals for email marketing campaigns Collaborate with the CEO/Manager and team to bring ideas to life Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and messaging Manage multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines Qualifications: Proven experience in graphic design (portfolio required) Proficiency in tools such as: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Canva or similar platforms Basic knowledge of web design and landing page tools (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, or similar) is a plus Strong understanding of social media design trends and best practices Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote setting Key Traits We’re Looking For: Proactive – able to take initiative without constant direction Deadline-driven – delivers work on time, every time Detail-oriented – ensures high-quality, polished outputs Collaborative – works well with leadership and team members Adaptable – comfortable handling a variety of design needs What We Offer: Flexible remote work environment Opportunity to work closely with leadership Consistent, ongoing part-time work Collaborative and supportive team Hourly Rate - $5/hr
