Title: Established Indian Web Development Company Required for Long-Term PHP Partnership We are an established German web and digital production company looking for a professional and experienced web development company based in India for a long-term partnership. We already work with a team of five people, but due to our growing workload and increasingly complex projects, we need additional development capacity. We are not looking for an individual freelancer or a small team of a few developers. We are specifically looking for a larger, well-organised company with sufficient senior-level expertise, internal project management and the capacity to provide continuity. The work will include: • Developing complete websites and web applications • Maintaining, improving and extending existing websites • Working with custom-built content management systems • Developing administrative systems, dashboards and backend functionality • PHP and MySQL development • JavaScript development and frontend integrations • API development and third-party integrations • Working with both custom PHP code and modern framework-based structures • Analysing, debugging and improving existing or legacy code • Performance optimisation, security and database improvements • Providing ongoing technical support and maintenance Required expertise: • Advanced PHP and object-oriented programming • MySQL and complex database structures • JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and AJAX • Experience with frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony • REST APIs and external service integrations • Git and structured version control • Secure coding practices • Experience working on large and business-critical projects • Ability to understand and improve existing custom codebases • Strong English communication skills We work for established clients and manage large, long-term projects. Reliability, confidentiality, code quality and clear communication are therefore essential. The selected company must be comfortable signing an NDA and working as a white-label technical partner. We are looking for a company that: • Has been operating for several years • Employs a substantial in-house development team • Can assign experienced senior developers to our projects • Has dedicated project management and quality assurance • Does not outsource our projects to unknown third parties • Can scale resources when larger projects require additional capacity • Is available for a long-term and ongoing collaboration • Provides transparent reporting and reliable delivery schedules When applying, please include: 1.
