I need an experienced medical data specialist who can jump straight into our hospital’s electronic system and start processing patient records right away. All source material is already in electronic files, so the job is pure on-screen work—no paper scanning. Your primary focus will be accurate, compliant entry and maintenance of patient demographics, visit notes, insurance details and treatment codes, followed by real-time scheduling updates and billing preparation. Turnaround is urgent; I’m looking to see measurable progress from the first day and a fully updated queue as quickly as possible. Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines, ICD-10, CPT and common EHR platforms is essential because I won’t have time for lengthy onboarding on those basics. Deliverables I will check off for acceptance: • All pending electronic patient records entered or corrected with zero placeholder fields • Daily scheduling log exported from the system and balanced against physician availability • Billing batch generated, error-checked and ready for submission to payers If you can work with speed and precision while maintaining absolute confidentiality, let’s get started immediately.
