I am looking for a U.S.–based call center that already works inside the Medicare Advantage space and can keep me stocked with real-time, TCPA-compliant live transfers. We will start in California, Florida, New Jersey, Ohio, and Virginia, then scale together once the first five states are running smoothly. What I need from you • Only pass seniors who have already expressed clear interest in Medicare Advantage and who have been pre-qualified for the benefits we can actually deliver. • Transfer by phone only. A warm hand-off to my licensed agent is mandatory; we introduce ourselves first, then you complete the live introduction. • All data must be scrubbed against DNC, Blacklist Alliance, and TCPA, and carry valid opt-in/Jornaya tokens. • Your landing pages must be CMS-approved, and you should be sourcing data from trusted, fully compliant channels. How we’ll work I pay strictly on a cost-per-enrollment basis—if the prospect doesn’t enroll, you don’t invoice. Volume can ramp to 200+ live transfers per day once quality is proven. Let’s begin with an initial launch in the five states above; if performance and compliance stay solid, we will expand state by state. Deliverables for each business day 1. Live phone transfers that meet the criteria above 2. A daily summary report showing transfer count, connection rate, and enrollment outcomes 3.
