I have a collection of PDFs that contain both text and numerical information which must be transferred into a spreadsheet. You will create a clear, logical column layout first, then transcribe every record into that structure. While entering the data, please watch for typos, missing pieces, and any duplicate rows, correcting them as you go so the final sheet is clean and uniformly formatted. Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets—use whichever you prefer—as long as formulas, filters, and basic data-validation rules are in place when you hand the file back. Fast but meticulous typing is essential, and I’ll need regular progress updates so we stay on the agreed timeline. Deliverables • One fully populated Excel/Sheets file with consistent formatting • An “Issues” tab listing any unreadable or ambiguous items you flagged for review I will spot-check the work against the original PDFs; accuracy above 99 % is my acceptance threshold.
