I have a set of PDF statements that require precise text editing. The task is to update financial details that have changed since the documents were first issued—figures, balances, and any related notes must reflect the latest data I will supply. All formatting, layout, and embedded graphics need to remain untouched so the edited pages look identical to the originals apart from the corrected numbers. You will need to remove or add in transactions as per my requests for each client. The templates and documents are different. You’ll be working directly in the PDFs, so familiarity with tools such as Adobe Acrobat Pro or an equivalent editor that preserves fonts and alignment is essential. I will provide the source PDFs along with a clear spreadsheet of the new financial figures; your job is to locate each occurrence and replace it accurately, then return print-ready PDFs. Before we finish, I will cross-check a random sample of the updated statements. If everything matches and the visual structure is unchanged, the work is accepted. All documents must be exported as pdf files with metadata removed. Attached is an example document of what I need. I have regular and consistent work. Documents need to be provided within 24 hours. I would prefer a fixed price per statement. I will have 5-10 per day so good earning potential for the right person.
