I have a batch of PDF documents filled with product descriptions and other narrative text that needs to live in an Excel file. All content must be transcribed accurately—no OCR glitches, no missing punctuation—and arranged across multiple columns under specific headers that I will share once we get started. Consistency matters: every row should align with the header scheme, line breaks inside a paragraph should be cleaned up, and any obvious typos in the source can stay as-is unless they break the structure. I only need plain Excel formatting; no formulas or macros are required at this stage. Deliverables • One .xlsx file containing all extracted text, organized by the agreed-upon headers • A quick note summarizing any PDFs that were unreadable or contained ambiguous sections If you’re comfortable turning narrative text from PDFs into a clean, well-structured spreadsheet, this should be a smooth project for you.
