I have a collection of text-based PDF files that need to be transcribed into either Excel or Google Sheets. Every word has to be transferred exactly as it appears, yet the worksheet must follow the layout I will share: specific column order, bold headers, wrapped text in longer comment fields, and consistent date formatting. Accuracy matters more than speed, but a solid typing pace will help you finish on schedule. Before you mark a sheet complete, give it a quick self-audit so obvious typos, missing rows or accidental duplicates are caught early. I will perform a spot check against the original PDFs; anything mismatched will be sent back for correction. Deliverables • One fully populated spreadsheet (Excel . xlsx or Google Sheet, your choice) with the requested formatting applied. • A brief note confirming the PDF count you received matches the rows delivered. If you are comfortable working directly from PDFs, confident with spreadsheet formatting tools, and can keep turnaround times reliable, this task should be straightforward.
