# Hiring: Performance Marketing Freelancer (Google Ads & Meta Ads) **Company:** Yaddify (Yaddify.com) We're looking for an experienced **Performance Marketing Freelancer** to help scale our startup through **Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads**. ### What we're looking for: * Proven experience managing profitable Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. * Strong understanding of customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and ROAS/ROI. * Experience with pixel, conversion tracking, Google Analytics, and campaign attribution. * Ability to create, test, and optimize ad creatives, audiences, and landing page strategies. * Data-driven approach with regular reporting and actionable insights. ### Responsibilities: * Plan and launch high-converting ad campaigns. * Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce CAC. * Conduct audience research and competitor analysis. * Perform A/B testing for creatives, copy, and landing pages. * Monitor budgets and scale winning campaigns. ### Ideal Candidate: * 2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience. * Portfolio or case studies showing measurable results. * Experience working with startups or SaaS products is a plus. * Strong communication and proactive problem-solving skills. ### What we'll provide: * Clear business goals and target audience. * Creative assets (or collaborate on creating them). * Competitive freelance compensation based on experience and results. * Opportunity for a long-term partnership if performance meets expectations. ### To Apply Please share: 1.
