I have a collection of personal footage—family moments captured on DSLR and drone—that needs the touch of a skilled editor. The goal is to craft a polished, cinematic short film that feels theatre-ready: thoughtful pacing, rich color grading, tasteful transitions, and sound design that enhances the story without overpowering it. The raw assets total roughly 15–20 minutes of 4K video, and I’d like the finished piece to run about 3–4 minutes. You’ll receive the clips via a cloud folder along with a rough sequence order and the music I’ve already licensed. Beyond that, your creative suggestions for LUTs, motion graphics, or subtle VFX that elevate the mood are welcome. Deliverables • One master export in 4K H.264 and a social-media-ready 1080p version • The editable project file (Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve) with all assets properly linked • Two rounds of revisions after the first draft to fine-tune timing, grading, and sound Please share at least one example of a personal or travel video you’ve edited in a cinematic style and note the software you prefer.
