I have a dedicated personal-use conference room that already contains a Crestron control processor, wall-keypads and two touch panels. The space is fully wired; what’s missing is a clean, reliable program that ties everything together. Scope of work • Build a single, well-documented Crestron program that drives three subsystems I own: the lighting system, a Bose DSP, and the video / conferencing hardware (camera, microphones and codec). • Design an intuitive UI for the two touch screens and mirror the essential commands on the wall keypads. • Map useful presets: lighting scenes, volume levels, source selection and one-touch “Meeting Start / End” macros. • Provide all source files (SIMPL Windows/Simpl# or similar), compiled files, and any custom graphics so I can reload or modify the system later. Acceptance criteria 1. All three subsystems respond with no noticeable delay. 2. Touch-panel layout matches the agreed mock-ups and is fully functional. 3. Source files compile on my PC without errors. 4. A brief hand-over call confirms every feature works in real time. If you have recent experience programming Crestron processors and integrating Bose DSP units, this should be straightforward. I’m ready to supply model numbers, IP credentials and any firmware you might need as soon as we agree on milestones.
