I’m organising a private collection of information and need it transferred into a structured database. You will receive the raw material (notes, PDFs, screenshots, etc.) together with a simple field map that shows exactly where every element belongs. Your job is to enter the data accurately, keep formatting consistent, and flag anything unclear. The platform is flexible; if you work comfortably in MySQL, Microsoft Access, or SQLite, that works for me—just let me know your preference so I can prepare the file structure accordingly. Key deliverables • All supplied records entered cleanly into the chosen database • Daily export or dump so I can review progress and give quick feedback • Final backup copy plus a short hand-over note explaining table structure and any points I should know for future maintenance Accuracy and clear communication are paramount.
