Looking for an experienced job application specialist to submit targeted applications on my behalf. Job Requirements (What I’m Seeking): • Roles: Account Management, Customer Success Manager, Strategy & Operations, Business Partner • Salary: $85K+ only • Location: Fully remote • Travel: Some target roles may require up to 25% travel Industry Priority (highest to lowest): 1. Real estate and PropTech companies (top priority) 2. Consulting companies 3. General tech/SaaS companies, especially those serving real estate, property management, or related industries 4. Other tech companies (acceptable, not a priority) Industry Exclusions: Health-related industries are excluded entirely, including hospitals, health insurance, medical technology, and general wellness/healthcare platforms, or any company where health is the core business. The one exception is skincare and beauty companies, which are acceptable. FinTech is not a focus unless directly tied to real estate. Budget Note: My budget for this role is $300/month base. Bids submitted above $300/month will not be accepted, please do not propose a rate above this amount. Structure: • Week 1: paid trial to confirm output and quality meet expectations • Ongoing: minimum 60 tailored applications submitted per week • Pay: $300/month base • Bonus: paid after candidate completes 30 days in a new position secured through this work, scaled by salary: • $85K–$110K: $250 • $110K–$135K: $350 • $135K+: $450 Tracking & Organization: • All applications logged in my existing job tracker (access and training provided during trial week) • Tailored resume and cover letter for every application saved to a shared folder, named by company, so materials are ready to reference the moment a callback comes in Quality Standard: Since callback timing is the clearest signal of application quality: • No interview callbacks within the first 2 weeks after the trial week → performance review conversation • If no improvement is shown by the end of week 3 (post-trial) → contract will be ended without further obligation Professionalism Standard: This role requires a consistent, professional standard of work and communication throughout the engagement. If corrections are needed repeatedly on the same issue after being addressed, or if work and communication do not reflect the track record and experience claimed at the start of the engagement, the contract will be terminated immediately without further notice. Candidate Requirements: • Proven track record: clients receiving interview callbacks within 1-2 weeks of submission (references/screenshots requested) • Proven track record: clients landing offers within 1-3 months • Strong attention to detail: must verify role title, location/remote eligibility, and salary range against the actual job posting before adding anything to the tracker as a lead • Must follow provided document formatting instructions exactly (no exceptions, no unapproved edits to resume/cover letter templates) • Available to start immediately • Certifications in Account Management or Customer Success Management are a plus, though not required Test Assignment: A test job posting will be sent to verify work method and attention to detail before the trial begins.
