I need a modern, mobile-friendly booking website for my paying-guest / hostel / guest-house and rental-rooms business, paired with solid local SEO so we rank every time someone searches for a bed near us. The site itself must function as a full booking system rather than a simple brochure. At minimum it has to let visitors see what is available in real time, pay securely online, and leave public feedback after their stay. An intuitive dashboard where I can add rooms, update rates, block dates, refund payments, and reply to reviews is essential. I am open to WordPress with dedicated booking plugins, a custom Laravel build, or any other stack you are confident will stay fast and easy to maintain—just outline why you prefer it. Core functionality required • Room-availability calendar that syncs instantly when a booking is made • Secure online payment integration (UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets) • User reviews and ratings displayed on each room page Beyond the build, I want you to handle on-page and local search optimisation: keyword mapping for “PG,” “hostel,” “guest house,” and location-based phrases, Google Business Profile set-up/cleanup, schema markup, and basic citation work so we start appearing in the map pack quickly. Connect Search Console and Analytics so I can track progress without digging around for data.
