I need complete, end-to-end assistance registering a One Person Corporation (OPC) as well as a standard stock Corporation with the Philippine SEC, followed by full BIR compliance. No business names have been reserved yet, so the engagement starts at name verification and covers every filing, queue, and follow-through up to issuance of the BIR Certificate of Registration. My goals • SEC registration: preparation and electronic submission of all forms, Articles, By-laws, Treasurer’s Affidavit, and proof of inward remittance where required. • BIR onboarding: TIN, Form 1903, Certificate of Registration (COR 0605), books of accounts stamping, and authority to print official receipts. • Post-approval tasks: securing the corporate seal, stock certificate book, and barangay / mayor’s permits, if those can be facilitated within the same workflow. Acceptance criteria 1. SEC Certificates of Incorporation for both entities issued in my name(s). 2. BIR COR, TIN, and stamped books of accounts released. 3. A short hand-over guide listing next annual and quarterly compliance dates.
