I have six complete house blueprints and I need each one turned into a fully photorealistic 3-D visualization. Both the exterior façades and all interior spaces must be rendered at the same high level of realism—lighting, textures, décor, landscaping, the works—so a viewer feels as if they are walking through the finished homes. You will receive PDF or DWG plans for every house along with any material notes I already have. From there, I’d like: • Still images that cover key exterior angles and every major room • Native project files (3ds Max, Blender, or comparable) plus textures and lighting setups • Optional: a short fly-through or 360° panorama for each model if time allows The final images should be print-ready at 4K resolution and optimized for web viewing as well. Please outline your preferred software pipeline, estimated turnaround, and any sample work that shows comparable photorealistic interiors and exteriors.
