I’m building a customer-relationship-management web app delivered in a SaaS model and I want it written entirely in PHP with the Medoo lightweight ORM, Bootstrap for the interface, and MySQL as the data store. Core scope • Multi-tenant architecture so each client company sees only its own data. • Two active roles at launch—Administrators and Support Agents—each with their own permission set. I’d like the structure flexible enough to introduce a Sales Representative role later without re-architecting. • A clean customer database module where we can create, edit, search, filter, and archive contact records. Basic import (CSV) and export are part of the MVP. Tech specifics Medoo should handle every database interaction; no raw queries unless absolutely required. Bootstrap 5 is preferred for consistency, responsiveness, and quick theming. Any vanilla JS or jQuery used must remain unobtrusive and well-commented. Deliverables 1. Source code in a private Git repository with clear commit history 2. An SQL file to set up the schema and seed demo data 3. A brief README explaining setup, environment variables, and a list of Medoo methods used 4. One live demo instance on my VPS for acceptance testing Acceptance criteria • I can sign up a new tenant, log in as an Administrator, add Support Agent accounts, and manage customers without errors. • Page load times stay under 700 ms on a 500-record test set. • Code passes a basic PHPStan level-5 scan with no critical issues.
