13-week Physical Therapist (PT) assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), working 5x8-hour day shifts (8:00 AM–4:30 PM). This position offers a 35-hour guaranteed workweek and focuses on evaluating and treating patients with orthopedic, neurological, and medically complex conditions.
