I need a reliable solution for packing food items into sturdy, food-safe plastic pouches. The job covers everything from recommending the most suitable plastic grade and pouch style, through to delivering production-ready artwork and the final dieline my co-packer can send straight to the machine. Key points I care about: • Material: plastic only, certified for direct food contact and compliant with local regulations. • Format: re-closable or heat-sealed options are both acceptable as long as shelf life and freshness are protected. • Graphics: I will supply the logo and copy; you refine the layout, prepare print-ready files (CMYK, 300 dpi, with bleed), and provide a mock-up so I can visualise the finished pack. Please outline: 1. The plastic structure you recommend (e.g., PET/PE, stand-up, flat, spout, etc.) and why it suits food products. 2. The file types you will deliver (AI, PDF, and high-resolution PNG). 3. The lead time from concept approval to final artwork. Once I approve the design, I’ll release the milestone and move on to ordering the first print run, so clarity and punctual communication are essential.
