This assignment focuses on filling the following positions across various functions within the **plastics containers manufacturing industry**: * Production Machine Operator * Production Engineer * Production Supervisor * Cost Accountant * Cost Supervisor Candidates must be based in or sourced from **India, Bangladesh, or Nepal**, with relevant experience in the **plastics manufacturing industry**. These roles range from **entry-level to mid-level professionals**, depending on the position. The recruiter will manage the full recruitment process, including understanding the role requirements, building a longlist through **LinkedIn Recruiter**, **Boolean search techniques**, job boards, and their professional network, followed by candidate screening, interviews, and coordination throughout the hiring process. **Deliverables** * Search strategy outlining sourcing channels and timeline. * **A minimum of 5 and a maximum of 10 qualified CVs for each position within one week.** * Interview summaries, reference checks, and final recommendations. * Regular progress updates and a final project summary. **Selection Process & Payment Terms** Our team will conduct an **initial screening interview** with all candidates submitted by the recruiter to verify that they meet the required qualifications, experience, and role requirements. Only candidates who successfully pass this initial assessment will be considered qualified. **Payment will be released only after the required number of qualified candidates has been identified and approved by our team** following the initial screening interviews. **Success Criteria** Success will be measured by the recruiter's ability to identify and present qualified candidates for each position while maintaining clear communication, professionalism, and strict confidentiality throughout the assignment.
