A link to 2–3 examples of clips you've edited (before/after if possible) 2. Your experience (or willingness to learn) using content scheduling tools 3. Your approximate weekly availability and hourly rate. Screening Questions: 1. Share a link to your portfolio or 2-3 clips you've edited for social media. What software did you use, and how long did each one take you? 2. Do you have experience using any other content scheduling tool (Buffer, Later, Metricool, etc.)? Briefly describe how you used it. 3. If we gave you a raw 20-minute video, how would you decide which parts to turn into clips? Describe your process in 3-4 steps. 4. How many clips per week could you consistently deliver, and what's your average turnaround time per clip? 5. Tell us briefly about a clip you made that performed well (views, engagement)
