Descripción de la oferta

I have a complete 3-D point-cloud survey of an existing building that now needs to live inside Revit for ongoing architectural design work. The aim is an accurate LOD 300 model, so dimensions and geometry must be precise enough for plans, sections, and detail development. The areas that matter most are the building’s exterior façades plus every interior wall and partition; I do not need fixtures, furniture, or other secondary objects at this stage. You’ll start from the raw scan files I supply (RCP or E57, whichever you prefer) and hand back a clean, well-organized Revit file with the usual levels, grids, and views ready for my team to pick up. Please make sure: • All walls and façade elements align to the cloud within standard LOD 300 tolerances. • Categories, families, and materials follow Revit best practices so the model remains lightweight and editable. • No extraneous point data is left embedded—link it if you need temporary reference, then unload before delivery. If you typically preprocess scans in Recap, Cyclone, or CloudCompare, just let me know; I’m flexible on workflow as long as the result is an accurate, tidy Revit 2023 (or earlier) file. Send back a brief outline of your approach, an estimated turnaround, and a sample of similar work if you have one, and we can get started right away.
