I need support from an experienced accountant who knows the Polish KSeF e-invoicing system inside-out. My business issues both domestic and international invoices from our Polish entity, yet we currently have no accounting software in place. I therefore rely on you to design a full-fledged, KSeF-ready workflow from scratch, create the necessary invoice template, and ensure every document—whether it is addressed to a local customer or an overseas client—passes KSeF validation without a hitch. Here is what I expect: • A reusable template that meets all KSeF structural and XML requirements while remaining easy to read for clients. • Clear guidance (or short training notes) on how I can generate, upload, and track those invoices going forward, even if I stay with a lightweight toolset such as Excel plus the KSeF web portal. • Correct handling of VAT, currency conversion, language requirements, and any cross-border specifics so international invoices are accepted both by Polish authorities and the recipient’s jurisdiction. To make collaboration smooth, please share examples of earlier KSeF-compliant invoices you produced and outline the steps you will take to get us live quickly.
