I want to build a full-featured parcel-delivery application that offers the same seamless experience Porter gives its users, but tailored to individual packages rather than full-truck moves. The core of the project is a single code-base that ships to iOS, Android, and a responsive web portal, so customers can create consignments wherever they are. Key user flows are straightforward: a sender opens the app, enters pickup & drop-off details, sees live price estimates, pays on the spot, and then follows the courier in real time on an in-app map until delivery is confirmed. For this to feel truly “Porter-like”, the real-time tracking must be granular, the payment gateway must settle instantly, and every customer—new or returning—needs their own secure account with basic KYC information stored. I will provide wireframes outlining sender, courier, and admin perspectives. You will take those and handle UI design, native mobile builds, the web frontend, and the server side that powers order management, location updates, push notifications, and payment reconciliation. Please select technology stacks you are comfortable scaling (React Native + Node, Flutter + Firebase, or similar). Deliverables will be: • Design prototypes signed off in Figma • Production-ready iOS, Android, and web builds published to TestFlight / Google Play internal track / staging URL • A cloud-hosted backend with deployment scripts and documented API endpoints • Brief onboarding guide so I can add new couriers, adjust pricing, and monitor live orders You are free to recommend optimisations—driver route batching, SMS fallback notifications, or promotion codes—so long as the launch version nails the three essentials: parcel focus, real-time tracking, and frictionless payments.
