I have an Excel sheet that tracks tasks and I want a fully-working Power Automate flow that will, once a month, pull the following columns from that file and draft an Outlook email for every row that matches my criteria: • Due dates • Task descriptions • Contact details . IRD Numbers . Due month . Amount due The flow should run automatically on the 15th business day of each month, create one email per task, and leave each message in Drafts so I can review before sending. Please configure the subject line and body so the information is clearly formatted and easy to read. Deliverables I need from you: 1. The finished cloud flow exported so I can import it into my tenant. 2. A short set-up note (screenshots or a quick Loom video are fine) showing where to place the Excel file and how to change the schedule, should I need to. 3. A brief test demonstrating that the draft emails appear in Outlook as expected. Everything must be done with standard Microsoft 365 connectors—no premium connectors or custom scripts.
