I need a dynamic Power BI report that connects directly to the Excel workbooks I already use for tracking fuel movements in my store. The goal is to turn those raw sheets into a clear, interactive dashboard that keeps me on top of every litre coming in and going out. Here’s what the finished report must show at a glance: • Current stock levels for each fuel grade • Real-time reorder alerts based on minimum thresholds I will provide • Historical consumption so I can spot usage patterns • A simple projection of future demand (Demanda future) drawn from the past-month trend • The net “necessity” figure that tells me how much to order and when I want to open the .pbix file, refresh it with a single click, and instantly see colour-coded insights without touching DAX or the data model. All transformations, measures and visuals should be set up cleanly inside the report, with comments where needed so I can tweak things later. Deliverables: • A fully-formatted .pbix file connected to my Excel source (no broken queries) • Any helper Excel file you create, if required • Quick video or step-by-step screenshots showing how to refresh and edit thresholds If you’ve built inventory dashboards in Power BI before, especially using Excel as the only data source, this should be straightforward.
