I need to turn a set of Excel-based datasets into clear, interactive Power BI reports that management can consume without touching the raw files. The work starts by connecting Power BI Desktop directly to several Excel workbooks, shaping the data in Power Query, and creating a clean model with the right relationships, measures, and calculated columns. Once the model is solid, I want visually engaging pages that summarise key metrics, let users slice by date and category, and export cleanly to PDF or PowerPoint for weekly circulation. I will provide the Excel files, field definitions, and a short style guide so the visuals match our brand colours. Deliverables • PBIX file with data model, DAX measures, and formatted report pages • One-click refresh setup pointing to the original Excel locations • A short hand-off note (or video) explaining the queries, measures, and any custom visuals used Acceptance Criteria • All visuals load without errors after a manual refresh • Totals in the report match control totals supplied in the Excel files • Report pages render correctly on both desktop and mobile layouts I’m ready to share sample files as soon as we agree the scope, and I’m happy to answer any technical questions you have before starting.
