This project focuses solely on education verification as part of a wider pre-employment vetting process in Hong Kong. I will give you each candidate’s signed consent form along with the academic details they have declared. Your job is to confirm those details directly with the issuing institutions, document the authentication method (official registry, registrar email, sealed transcript, etc.), and flag any discrepancies you uncover. Because the roles we are hiring for can attract applicants educated both locally and abroad, be prepared to interact with universities in Hong Kong as well as international registrars when necessary. Please outline how you handle time-zone differences and language variations so that verifications are completed smoothly and on schedule. Deliverables • A verification report for every candidate, summarising: institution contacted, qualification claimed, qualification confirmed or disproved, graduation date, honours (if any), and source of confirmation • Copies or screenshots of institutional confirmations where feasible • A short explanation of any unverifiable or conflicting data All findings must remain confidential and comply with Hong Kong data-protection regulations.
