I need several OBJ models rebuilt as manufacturable STEP files. The parts will go straight to the manufacturer, so they must capture every feature in high detail. I will also provide accurate scans which must be aligned correctly to be used as reference, a surface must be created on portions of the scans to cut the rebuilt files to ensure a perfect fit. The job calls for clean, watertight B-rep geometry that can be opened in SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar without any repair work. Curvature continuity, hole sizes, threads, and mating faces all have to match the original meshes so CNC programming can begin immediately. Deliverables • One validated STEP (.stp) file per OBJ supplied 3mm thickness • No open edges, gaps, or self-intersections • Dimensional accuracy I will forward the OBJ files as soon as we agree on the scope. Please tell me which CAD system you’ll use and your expected turnaround time.
