We have a batch of more than ten PDF documents that must be turned into fully editable DOCX files for ongoing content updates. Every page—text, tables, images, headers, footers, even the tiniest spacing—needs to look exactly like the original, so strong command of Adobe Acrobat Pro, ABBYY FineReader, or an equivalent precision-oriented converter is essential. Because the end goal is regular editing, the resulting Word files must not be locked or laden with unnecessary text boxes; styles should be applied cleanly so future formatting tweaks are painless. Accuracy is key—I will review side-by-side to be certain nothing shifted or dropped. Deliverables: • One DOCX per source PDF, mirroring all formatting 1:1 • Source-matching file names (e.g., Invoice_0423.pdf → Invoice_0423.docx) • Turnaround schedule once you confirm page count and sample file quality If you have a proven workflow for high-fidelity PDF-to-Word conversion, share a brief note and, if possible, a sample of similar work.
