I have a working proof-of-concept at smartassistproduction-443a.up.railway.app that already accepts messages and returns AI-generated answers. Now I want to tighten the scope so that the bot focuses exclusively on customer support questions and delivers fixed, brand-approved replies rather than free-form text. Here’s what I need from you: • Wire the existing interface to a response engine that looks up and serves a predefined answer for every recognised query. • Keep fallback logic minimal: if an incoming message is outside the catalogue, simply surface a polite “let me transfer you” hand-off flag (no live routing required right now). • I will supply the complete list of Q&A pairs as soon as the project starts; structure it in whatever format is most convenient for you (CSV, JSON or a lightweight database table). • Make sure the matching is resilient to wording variations—basic intent matching or embeddings via OpenAI, LangChain, or a similar library is fine as long as it stays on my current stack (Node + Express). • Push the updated bot back to Railway for another public demo link and provide a short README explaining how to add new responses later. Acceptance criteria: every query in the supplied list returns the exact predefined response; unsupported questions trigger the fallback message; the README lets a non-developer add or edit responses without touching code. If you’ve built FAQ or customer-support chatbots before, this should feel straightforward. Let me know what libraries or approach you prefer and your estimated turnaround time.
