I need a proactive partner who can plan, create, and schedule daily content for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok that keeps our premium men’s grooming community talking. The priority is genuine engagement—stories that spark replies, reels that earn saves, carousels that invite swipes, and captions that feel like a trusted barber’s Responsibilities Manage all social media accounts for 3 months. Create and schedule engaging posts using AI tools. Edit and publish high-quality photos, Reels, and short-form videos. Write compelling captions and optimize hashtags. Maintain a consistent luxury brand image and visual style. Research trends and create content that attracts the right audience. Respond to comments and messages professionally when needed. Monitor analytics and provide monthly performance reports. Develop strategies to increase organic followers, engagement, and bookings. Requirements Strong experience managing social media for premium brands. Skilled with AI tools for content creation, editing, and copywriting. Excellent photo and video editing skills. Ability to understand and communicate a unique brand identity. Strong English communication and quick response times. Creative, organized, and able to work independently. Experience with barbering, men's grooming, fashion, or luxury brands is a major advantage. What I'm Looking For I want a long-term partner who understands branding, communicates clearly, takes initiative, and can help grow the business—not just someone who posts content. Project Duration: 3 months, with the possibility of extending the partnership based on performance and results. I’m a Seattle-based barber. Right now, I'm cutting out of a barbershop in Seattle as an employee, but I'm trying to build my personal brand and independent clientele as I prepare to launch my own concepts down the road. So I want to start to create social media accounts and l’ll be posting or using inspiration photos from the internet to building up my portfolio or using them to show what styles i can do. So i want to attract clients from my social media to the shop im working for. So the barbershop im working for has a website so I will start to use the shop website in my social media account.
